Shachar Peled is a foreign affairs multimedia journalist, currently the Europe Correspondent for Israel’s News 13 and a contributor to Haaretz newspaper. She’s a former CNN producer and writer, and was a launch team member of media startup i24news, the first-ever multi-language international news channel in the Middle East. She’s a staunch advocate of social issues, from gender equality to human rights, and has focused her storytelling on these topics.
