Episode 178: John Blaney (Part 2)

Very happy to have John Blaney (Author, The Songs He Was Singing, We All Shine On, Soul Man again this week on 2Legs. John was first on 2Legs back in 2019.  John tells us about his roots, working in record shops and even had chance encounters with George and Macca! He explains why he felt the need books on discographies that just focused on solo careers was needed. At the time of publishing of his first book The Songs He Was Singing there was no single dedicated text to just McCartney solo's career. He followed this up 2 years later with one on Lennon. He later expanded the McCartney book into a series of 4 volumes and then later authoring 2 books on George. We were very happy to have John on again and he showed off some true rare memorabilia. We were a bit jealous! Thanks John!
