Can I fake it if my passion is gone?

A pastor wants to know if he should just "stomach" the church to keep from jeopardizing his income. The challenge is - you cannot do good work if you don't enjoy the work you're doing. So nobody wins. Everyone is being cheated on the joy that comes from doing work you love. Questions: 1. I'm starting a business providing training and consulting to other companies. How important is it for me to incorporate vs. just operating as a sole proprietor? 2. What do you do when you have more work and clients than you want? 3. I'm a new loan officer and the job is 100% commission. Should I just go out and get a job so that I have regular income even though that means I will have little time to put into the loan position? Or, is there some trick to making 100% commission work faster? 4. How can I monetizing reading to kids? 5. I’m a 55-year-old pastor and have lost my passion for this position. Should I stay and just stomach the church because of the significant income?
