The theme of this year’s International Women’s Day is ‘breaking the bias’. On the podcast this week we’ll explore what this means for the accountancy profession. In a wide-ranging discussion, the panel give examples of how they’ve experienced unconscious and conscious bias in their careers, explore why there are so few £1m female led firms and discuss what more can be done to make the profession more inclusive.
