South Korea says military jet misdropped bombs, injuring civilians

At least 15 people have been injured, after two South Korean fighter jets accidentally dropped their bombs outside a training range during live-fire drills with US forces. The defense ministry said initial findings indicated the accident was caused by a pilot inputting incorrect bombing coordinates.
