Our minds might be occupied with so many thoughts about the happenings of the past week. The people of Ukraine are facing major challenges, hurting, and fearing in the midst of the current situation. Families among us currently are in extremely difficult situations. We are precious to God and Jesus shares with us where we can find refuge. The Sermon on the Mount is as relevant today as it was when Jesus spoke these words to the Jews in times of Roman occupation. Today’s reading is from Matthew 6:19-34.
