Admiral James Loy on Heroic American Maritime 9/11 Rescue Effort

In addition to his service in the U.S. Coast Guard, Admiral Loy served as the first official Administrator of TSA and the second Deputy Secretary of the newly created Department of Homeland Security. As part of this conversation, Admiral Loy also discusses how American Maritime is critical to our homeland and national security.
