Sandra Herrera and Lisa Roman recap the NWSL 2021 Championship match between Washington Spirit and Chicago Red Stars. The Washington Spirit win the 2021 NWLS Championship for the first time in club history on goals from Andi Sullivan and Kelley O'Hara. It was a tough, well-fought match for both sides. Chicago scores first on a goal from Rachel Hill to end the first half. Andi Sullivan scores the equalizer around the hour mark on a penalty kick. After a full 90-minutes tied at 1-1, they head to two 15-minute overtimes.
