Kelley had hypothyroidism and irritable bowel syndrome, which caused her hair to fall out, and severe weight gain. She tried everything from the Keto and Paleo Diets to HIIT workouts, and nothing helped. She finally became plant based and started living a low stress life, and she instantly saw improvements. This inspired her to attend the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a health and wellness coach. We talk about having a healthy relationship with food, focusing on hormonal health, practicing mindfulness, and her opinions on birth control!
