#017 Communication for Collaboration and Advancement

Some goals we can accomplish alone. However most meaningful advancement requires collaboration. In today’s episode we’re going to discuss 1- knowing what to ask for, 2- identifying what is holding us back from getting help, 3- How to ask for what we need (especially when we have little authority or we’re need buy-in difficult people). My job was often to persuade and guide the brightest business minds in the world. How could I do that - especially early in my career?! These are the tried and tested techniques that worked for me even with the most challenging personalities.
