In this episode I interview Farah Shammas, Managing Director at the 5 Star St. Raphael Resort & Marina in Limassol/Cyprus.This was another very interesting interview! Farah is the Managing Director of the 5 Star Resort & Marina that her grandfather built.We spoke about the challenges she faces as a female leader in an industry that's still heavily male dominated.
