I am SO honored to have the amazing Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts, Peloton yoga & meditation instructor, on today's episode. Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts has her PhD in Educational Studies and has focused on the education of yoga across communities, and exploring the practice of yoga in many accessible forms.
