, In the year of 1856 on the 14th of April Marion Hedgpeth was brought into the world and by the age of 15 he had already left home, and found work as a cowboy in the wild west, and by the time he reached his 20th birthday he had killed a few men as well as becoming a train robber most of the outlaws of that era are what you may expect from the old west, a wide brimmed hat, a dirty shirt worn under a vest and cowboy chaps worn over dusty jeans.But Marion was different breed of outlaw, he licked to dress quite dapper, wearing a bowler hat along with a suit you would expect to see a well-kept gentleman in finished off with polished boots, he quite a handsome chap standing at around six ft tall with wavy brown hair.Despite all this he was like a wild animal, a stone-cold killer and one of the fastest guns in the west in 1989 he became part of a deadly gang including him and 3 other outlaws, and his own reputation eventually earned the gang the name, the Hedgepeth Four On the night of November 30, 1891, the gang robbed the St. Louis & San Francisco Express train of $40,000 on November the 30th in 1891 the gang robbed the st louis and San Francisco express train by blowing the side out of it with dynamite, and taking 40.000 dollars, just over two months later the gang were captured and sentenced to 25 years in the Missouri State Penitentiary.
