Peter Navarro Talks US's Economic Emergency

White House trade adviser Peter Navarro says the Trump administration will challenge a US court ruling that blocks some tariffs on imports from dozens of countries. “There’s no question that there’s an economic emergency," Navarro said on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
