Musk announces new council for Twitter

The world’s richest man Elon Musk, has started making changes as takes control of social media platform, Twitter. Senior figures at Twitter announced their exits, while Mr Musk announced a new council to moderate posts. Brazilians head to the polls to elect a new president on Sunday.
