Over 80% of employers and over 50% of employees convinced that it will be a key requisite for success in the years to come. EI is, after all, the one area AI finds it difficult to replicate. Moreover, EI offers concrete benefits to both employers and employees. Why, then, are only 10% of organizations mature in their EI practices?
