What does health mean to you? I used to think it meant eating well and being as fit as you can. My pursuit of 'health' used to be driven by fear and insecurity. I used to think about my body more than I thought about anything or anyone else...how scary is that!? It's been a journey - a spiritual journey - but I've come to understand that true health is so much more than your body. It’s not about counting calories and stepping onto the scale each morning. Health is your foundation. It’s what your habits grow from. If you're struggling to see the connection between Jesus and your health like I was, this episode is for you. We can't seek health in our flesh while trying to live life guided by the Holy Spirit. It's time to stop chasing freedom and seeking health on your own; stop doing it apart from God.
