Employee well-being numbers have dropped in half from their levels in May of 2020 when we were in the height of pandemic uncertainty. Almost half of employees say they experienced stress a lot during the previous day. We get it, it’s rough out there, but what can be done about it? How can you reclaim your energy and power?
