Noureen's career began in engineering before her drive and determination led her to pivot to a strategy-based role helping Worley to explore opportunities for genuine transformation within the hydrogen marketplace. By 2026, Worley aims to generate 76% of its revenue from sustainability-related projects. Whilst many are quick to dismiss oil and gas organisations' role in the energy transition, they have the power to significantly move the needle towards a lower carbon future.
