Allow yourself to feel the compassion and forgiveness that you would show to a friend.  Remember that you are worthy of love and kindness, including from yourself.  PAUSE (10 SEC)... Take another deep breath, and imagine the feelings of compassion and forgiveness spreading throughout your body, filling you with a sense of peace and calm. PAUSE (20 SEC)... I am compassionate and forgiving towards myself.  PAUSE (10 SEC)… I am compassionate and forgiving towards myself.  PAUSE (10 SEC)… I am compassionate and forgiving towards myself.  LONG PAUSE (4 MINS)… I am compassionate and forgiving towards myself.  PAUSE (30 SEC)...
