PAUSE (5 secs)…  Release any anger, any regrets.  Release what no longer serves you. PAUSE (5 secs)…  As you breathe in and out, declutter your mind.   PAUSE (5 secs)…  Release all thoughts,  and attachment to those thoughts for a bit.  PAUSE (5 secs)…  Breathe in  and breathe out  and simply focus on the movement of your breath.  PAUSE (5 secs)…  If you find your mind wandering,  bring it back gently to your breath again. PAUSE (5 secs)…  Make space for new beginnings right now. PAUSE (5 secs)… I feel at ease and my mind is free of clutter. PAUSE (15 secs)…  I feel at ease and my mind is free of clutter.
