Season 3 - Obstacles in a Running Practice

This season is all about OBSTACLES! In order to run every single day, there will be obstacles. Don't be under the impression that it's easy. I am relating the obstacles in running to what Patanjali describes in the Yoga sutras (1.30): 1. Disease 2. Lack of interest, boredom 3. Self doubt  4. Distraction, carelessness 5. Burn out 6. Desire/craving 7. Living under misunderstanding 8. Doubting progress 9. Inability to maintain achievements In each episode we will go through these obstacles and how to overcome them, how to see obstacles as learning opportunities.
