Putting in the Good Work with Khadifa Wong
Dance Boss Podcast - En podcast af Erin Pride - Torsdage
Let’s talk; doing the work. When I first started my online dance business, I thought the work was about strategy and building technique. It wasn’t until after I invested in a coach that I learned that the work is releasing, and accepting what you don’t know. The work is accepting that what you have been doing is not working, and deciding to do it a different way. It is what moves you to a higher version of yourself. It’s uncomfortable. It’s the ish you don’t want to do. But when you genuinely put in the GOOD work, you’re going to achieve your goals. And, your goals may look a little different than what you expected. You are in charge of the effort, not the outcome. In episode #138 of the Dance Boss Podcast, I sat down with Khadifa Wong, award-winning director, to discuss Uprooted, her feature-length film directorial debut. We dive into: Putting in the work The idea of consistent growth Passion vs. settling And surrounding yourself with people you aspire to be Khadifa also gives us some great small business tips for those of you looking up your game. So tell me, what stage of “the work” are you in, in your online dance business?
