Welcome to Deep Dayz Podcast, I am your host Amanda Chavez. On the second hour at around 55 minutes, I have an exclusive guest mix by the talented Deep House music producer/DJ, Michael Oberling! A jazz musician by trade, Michael started producing electronic music in early 2015 and soon released his first EP on DeepStitched Records in early 2016. Now he has numerous releases on DeepStitched Records, Lisztomania Records, SP Recordings, Friday Fox Recordings, Sound Vessel Records and Batavia Records. His tracks are definitely one of a kind and am personally a fan of his because I love the combination of live instruments with deep house production…especially the trumpet. His tracks are definitely dope! Michael pulls his inspiration from jazz. His love for deep, soulful music, is definitely expressed through each new release, combining his trumpet playing, vocals and jazz musical knowledge. So talk about talent! He began DJing while attending college in Chicago and now resides in San Fran.
