Down Home Cajun Music- Floyd LeBlancOn this episode, we celebrate the music of Floyd LeBlanc. The Mermentau born Cajun fiddler started off recording as a member of the Oklahoma Tornadoes in 1947. Floyd released his first records on the Opera label in 1948. In 1949, he recorded for Virgil Bozeman's O.T. label. After that he retired from playing and recording, returning in 1967 to record for J.D. Miller.
