Down Home Cajun Music- The Clement BrothersTerry Clement grew up in a musical family. He and his brothers started a band, modeling their style after their hero; Nathan Abshire. In the mid 50's they recorded one record for JD Miller's Feature label; "Te Maurice" and "Diggy Liggy Lo". As rock and roll became popular, they recorded not only Cajun French recordings for Miller, but rock and roll sides as well. Their recordings from 1960- 1961 are a mix of these styles. They didn't record again till 1984 when they deceided to record a tribute album to Nathan Abshire.
