170: Why I Left Medicine ... And Why I Returned

Seems like in life nothing is a straight line is it? Except possibly when looking back in hindsight and then you can see how things line up, how your experiences were additive and sequential in just the right magically difficult way.So it was for me, bankrupt, dying (certainly my wife thought I was 'passing on') grieving over family losses, and extremely in debt.
