For many people, the word “acceptance” can feel passive, not great, and even undesirable. But to me, that’s not the TRUE meaning of acceptance. Acceptance is the process of being received as adequate or suitable. It is the process of STOPPING rejecting yourself and understanding that you are fine exactly the way you are.    I dive deeper into the power of acceptance and learning to be okay with something, even if you still want to change and improve. Remember, if we reject OURSELVES, we reject EVERYTHING.
