Slam Dunc S2E18 - Do we need a reckless spending register?!

I think it’s well past time people in public office who clearly demonstrate they have wasted vast sums of taxpayers or rate payers money with no result should be held accountable. Let's come up with new approach and get them to understand the value of our money.
