Yulia Rafailova is an Executive Function Coach who primarily works with families, practicing methods for collaborative problem solving using a strategy called Plan B. Yulia would ask kids why they go to school and the consistent answer was “so I can get a job”. She realized that kids are not inspired to learn, and are going to school because it is forced. When starting her own business, Yulia didn’t know exactly what she wanted to do. But, she knew that Executive Function Coaching was needed in the world. Hear all the different ways she explored getting her business started, working in a heart-centered industry, and reaching out for guidance!
