As an American who has lived a third of her life in Asia, she has a particular compassion for those who struggle with cross-cultural stress, transitions, and loss. She specializes in helping people process trauma, depression, or anxiety by reinforcing their own inner resilience. Kit is currently working toward an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy at Lesley University.
