In this episode, I interview Mary Lemmer, the founder of Improve and Iorio Gelato. Improve teaches employees from companies such as Google, CBS and Lyft in the art of Improv. Iorio sells artisanal gelato in 3 stores in Michigan. Mary founded Iorio when she was only 14 with her brother Nick.
