Dr. John Bergman: (In Studio) – New Years Resolution Health Goals, How To Get Healthy, Vaccines, Getting Off Medications & More!

Today we had our friend and fellow health cruisader Dr. John Bergman in the studio to talk about New Years resolutions and how to get healthy. We talked about setting health goals and how to achieve them. Near the end of this interview Dr. Bergman talked about setting health goals and how to write them down in order to increase your chance of success with actually making your goals happen. We also talked a lot about medications, antibiotics and how he helps people get off medications if they ask him. Legally he can't tell them to get off medications but if they ask, he gives them a specific protocol to help deal with taking that many medications. Dr. Bergman said that the average American 60yr old is on 12 different pharmaceutical medications. Is that crazy or what? I feel so bad for these people. We also talked about how antibiotics ruin your gut and why it's mission critical to allow your body to go through the healing process. When you allow your body to heal, you gain a deeper "experiential" understading that the body is self healing and self regulating. If you don't go through the hard times of being sick, you can only say the words without having the actual experience of knowing that your body can make it through much more than you give it credit for.
