It was really fun to pick her brain about some of the health protocols she's using to help her get healthier and healthier each and every day. Kit is currently on her book tour for her awesome book called The Irritable Brain Syndrome. We were able to connect and all meet in person in our studio to have this wonderful discussion. We talked about her latest research into candida, yeast infections and the possible connection to cancer. It was a fascinating talk about whether or not there's just a connection between cancer and candida or if candida could be a cause of cancer or at least lead to it.
