Stephen Heuer – How To Build Stronger Bones, Prevent Osteoporosis, Have A Healthy Pregnancy & More!
Podcasts Archives - Extreme Health Radio - En podcast af Justin Stellman
Stephen Heuer from Synergistic Nutrition joined us on the show today to talk about a very important topic, that is the pH balance of the blood. It's often referred to as the acid/alkaline balance the blood must keep in the body. Seems boring and not a lot to it but when you realize it affects almost every aspect of health and healing. Did you know that osteoporosis is caused by an improper acid alkaline balance? Breaking your hip bones is not fun. So we talked about how to build stronger bones and have healthy supple bone mineral matrix. Our bones should be pliable but strong, not brittle and strong. The more brittle and dense your bones are the more apt they are to break when you're walking. When we're young we have so much magnesium and silica in our bones that they actually bend which prevents them from snapping and breaking when we fall down. Bones should be flexible and malleable not hard and brittle. As we age our bones become more calcified because we've either not taken enough calcium or taken improper forms of calcium that may contain nanobacteria which are calcium forming organisms. Today Stephen discussed how we can maintain proper blood and tissue pH along with how that acid/alkaline balance affects the health of our bones. We also discussed what a women and man should do before they get pregnant and how they should eat in order to have a healthy baby. The one thing that we can all do to create a better world is to have the healthiest offspring as possible.
