In today’s episode, I had the privilege of interviewing Marisa Hughes, who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Perinatal Mental Health Certified Therapist. She specializes in trauma and maternal mental health. She has created a protocol called Repairing While Parenting that helps parents reparent themselves so that they can parent their kids with intention.
