Faith Schwartz is a leading housing finance expert who has played a firsthand role in shaping industry best practices and public policy during her 30-year career. As founding principal of Housing Finance Strategies, she serves marquis public and private housing finance organizations with timely industry analysis and ad-hoc consulting. Previously, Schwartz held executive positions at CoreLogic and Freddie Mac. In 2007 she was recruited to lead HOPE NOW, an alliance formed by the Housing Policy Council and the Treasury Department. As HOPE NOW's executive director, she assembled a coalition of government agencies, lending institutions, nonprofits and trade associations to address  challenges of the housing market crisis. Schwartz has been recognized by Mortgage Banking magazine as one of its 20 Distinguished Industry Women, as a HousingWire Woman of Influence and as a recipient of Five Star Institute’s lifetime achievement award.  She currently serves on the boards of FormFree, RiskSpan, Class Appraisal, FundingShield and Gateway First Bank. Dana is a senior mortgage servicing leader with over 25 years loan administration and default experience in both bank and non-bank environments. Loan administration experience includes leading teams in escrow analysis, acquisitions, cash management and all aspects of customer relations functions. Default experience includes managing collections, imminent default, community facing loss mitigation, short sales and REO.
