He has worn multiple hats, as one must do with startup's and small businesses with limited resources, and have experience in all other aspects of business; including Sales, Marketing, Finance, strategic planning, risk assessment/mgmt, etc. He gravitates to mid-stage funded start-ups, as well as companies suffering from "growing pains", new technologies, new industries, companies needing rebranding or even rebooting, or anything that just sounds too fun to pass up.
