On April 22, 2021, 8 early stage investors in the Danish startup ecosystem, signed The Diversity Commitment. Together with the non-profit organization Female Founders of the Future, the signing partners formulated diversity goals to redesign the ecosystem for more diversity, starting with diminishing the gender gap.   A report made by European Women in VC, Unconventional Ventures and experior venture fund sheds light on the fundraising and investment conditions in Central and Eastern Europe, pointing to an unquestionable difficulty faced by women entrepreneurs and women fund managers in accessing finance, a problem that haunts Europe as a whole.
