The Premier Member Experience comes at all points of an instructors journey from joining, to working, to teaching and every interaction that member has with PSIA-AASI. George questions Peggy about her role as CEO and how she plans to proceed in the future by listening to members and providing a pathway to encourage the Premier Member Experience to be felt by every member of PSIA-AASI.
