Saying yes to new challenges with Zoe Langley-Wathen (from Head Right Out)

In 2011, Zoe Langley-Wathen stepped out of her comfort zone and completed her first solo long-distance walk along the South West Coast Path. In this episode of highlights from our Cicerone Live event, we discussed resilience, outdoor medicine and facing fears in relation to Zoe's first challenge and subsequent outdoor adventures, as well as her contribution ‘The Biggest Book of Yes: 49 Adventure Stories’, a charitable project created by the Yes Tribe and curated by Jon Doolan. All profits from the book go directly to the Teddington Trust to enable children with Xeroderma Pigmentosum (a rare skin disease that causes an allergic reaction to sunlight) to go on safe adventures.Visit Zoe's blog, Head Right Out, to find out more about 'The Biggest Book of Yes' and Zoe's ongoing outdoor adventures.
