Spain's new leader faces steep challenges

Spain’s new prime minister, Pedro Sánchez, is in a precarious position after ejecting the government of Mariano Rajoy.  He is hoping to reverse cuts to social programmes and improve relations with secessionist leaders in Catalonia.
