She seemed like a real version of the fictional fixer, Olivia Pope created by Shonda Rhimes for the political drama television series Scandal, only for executives not for politicians. As it turns out she is not far from that. I can only imagine the skills needed to deal with the crises that bring executives out of balance. What she leaves me with, and perhaps you as well, is a sense of calm in the midst of the storm.
