[Interview] Hodges Fit Business Owner Teresa Hodges

My loves, this week I bring on someone who has come to mean so so much to me - Teresa Hodges. Teresa is a 21 year old bad ass boss woman who started Hodges Fit with her brother Gerry. From idea to action, Teresa tells her story of finding her calling, following it, and living intentionally. Don't get me wrong... Teresa has also had her fair share of adversity. Being one of 6 kids, money was something that challenged her family and her season of unhealthy relationship with food/exercise .. her mental space was at risk until she one day finally realized that that was no life she wanted to live.  I truly feel that you all will really resonate with Teresa and fall in love with her story.
