Feeling Lost, How I Ground Myself

Sweet Angel - before I get into this episode, I want to let you know I'm here for you. I stand in solidarity with our AAPI Brothers and Sisters and if there's anything you need, please do not hesitate. This episode was recorded a week in advanced prior to the hate crime that occurred in Atlanta because I was making a trip to Texas. I wish I was able to talk about it a little in the episode but I hope you're able to understand I'm always here and am eager to fight for change. That said, this episode was a little snippet into some insecurities I had experienced and self-doubt that weighed my mind/heart a few weeks back.
