Is trauma affecting your gut? Dr. Christian Gonzalez, aka Dr. G, completed his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2014. As he studied this concept more, Dr. G became passionate about environmental medicine as well as the mind, body, spirit connection.Everything is connected, from the foods we eat to the way we think and interact with the world and the people in our lives. These seemingly small factors all play a large part when it comes to our health and longevity. Because of this, Dr. G has shifted from working with patients to focusing his energy on mass education. He has become a trusted voice in the auditing of healthy brands so that the consumer is empowered to make the best choice for themselves and their families. He is also the host of a weekly podcast called Heal Thy Self, which focuses on giving people the tools they need to truly heal from the inside out and highlights some of the top medical professionals in the industry.Dr. Christian Gonzalez has been featured in countless media outlets including MSN, the LA Times, Shape, and more..
