“The emotional response is what makes hairdressing so joyful.”   Artificial intelligence is changing the world we live in right in front of our eyes. The impact of it can’t be overestimated, and whether you like it or not, you can’t put the genie back in the bottle.   So we need to learn about it, understand it, and, more importantly, figure out how to use it to improve our lives and our businesses. Just as importantly, we need to hold onto and celebrate the human touch, soulful connections, and creativity that set us apart from AI.
