Hello, and welcome to episode 115 of Grow with Soul. Today, I'm catching up with Kathryn Ho, a coach who helps untangle self doubt to bring creative dreams to life. When we first met Kathryn back in episode 28, she was just about to start her coach training, she was figuring out how to combine her coaching services with her art practice, and feeling like a little bit of a fraud. The last two years have seen Kathryn organically journey to find her flavour of coaching, understand and deal with her own self doubt and the self doubt of others, and learn to work intuitively and in tune with her body - all of which we discuss today.
