Employee Engagement with William Kahn

Following William's 1990 paper "Psychological conditions of personal engagement and disengagement at work" an entire industry was created called Employee Engagement. William discussed how he believes his version of personal engagement is violently different to employee engagement and has been co-opted by the corproate world.
