S02 E04 Iso-Diaries: Facing Death at 22 - Lessons from an 8 Week Lockdown

Harness is back! Welcome to isolation... we are exploring how people are harnessing this unique time of COVID-19 and whether (or not) they are coping. In this episode, we've skipped our usual news and voice note segments to get straight into a story. This story is about our dear friend Nathan Whitebrook and his complicated journey with his health and lockdown. Nathan has already been through a lock down of sorts. At 22 he was hospitalised for 2 months. He faced death, and had to deal with a string of medical issues as a result. He has a lot of wisdom about how to survive (and thrive) in times of isolation and loneliness. He’s also the sweetest human in the planet and we are beyond grateful for him sharing his story.

If you want to get in touch, please email us at [email protected], feel free to send over a voice note with how you are passing the time (a template for this is available on our Instagram if you are stuck).
